• Rescue exercises and scenarios
• Pocket mask NOT included

• Be a better dive buddy
• Recognize and manage stress in other divers
• Fix minor gear issues
• Use an emergency oxygen kit
• Prevent and manage problems in the water
• Further improve your navigation skills

• At least 12 years of age
• PADI Adventure Diver or PADI Junior Adventure Diver
  • Adventure Diver is a subset of the Advanced Open Water course, so Advanced Open Water certifications satisfy this pre-requisite
• PADI Emergency First Responder course (or equivalent Primary and Secondary Care training)
  • Can be completed alongside the Rescue course
• Medically fit for diving
